Our Quill Falcon wet abrasive blasting machines can be hired for as little as one day, or longer periods as required.
No specialist experience or qualifications are required to be able to use one of our mobile wet abrasive blasting machines. Training is supplied on pick up or delivery.
Our wet abrasive blasting machines produce minimal dust and therefore no specialist personal protective equipment (PPE) is required. We do, however, recommend protective eye wear, face shield and ear protection as a minimum requirement.

Our trained operators will provide you with full on-site training before using any of our dustless blasting machines. This generally takes around 30 minutes to complete, after which our sandblasters can be used safely.
With your mobile sandblaster, we will provide blast media that is appropriate for the machine and the sort of blasting work you need to do.
Quill Falcon portable dustless blasting machines use potable water and this can be either gravity fed or from mains pressure.
No external power source is required to be able to operate our wet blasting equipment, giving you operational flexibility and the ability to work just about anywhere.
Quill Falcon portable dustless blasting machines come with their own air supply in the trailer-mounted systems Falcon 60 and Falcon 120. All other freestanding systems require their own air supply, ranging from 130cfm to 750cfm. We can assist with all air supply requirements.
You can use Quill Falcon Cyclone portable sandblasters in a wide range of applications and on jobs of all sizes, ranging from powder coating, high build epoxies, industrial coatings and heavy duty rust and corrosion removal. Our machines are suitable for jobs as small as a barbecue plates, to blasting projects as large as navy ships.
